We will add this request to our 'To Consider' list for the network.
For the foreseeable future, all our efforts are going towards a total re-design of the network, in an effort to make it MUCH more user/mobile friendly.
Due to the fact that there's 10 years of code and design in the network, it'll likely take 6-12 months for the new 'look & feel' to launch.
The good news is that we started this project some time ago, but at this point we cannot give an estimate on when this project will be completed.
Thanks,
.

`Sounds good, especially since I'm not going to be able to get off mobile till next year.
Something else I have to ask,
It always used to be that I could sign in once and my account would never log off when I navigated between browser tabs. Now it logs me off every single time I minimize the window sometimes if I use the "open in new tab" feature on a link from my page it will sign me out of my transpassions account.
Any idea why it is so sensitive? I remember not more than a year ago the site would keep you logged in if there was a metor landing on your rooftop. Whappened???!!!???

We did upgrade our servers, which involved updates to a number of systems. To the best of our knowledge the 'Remember Me' option which keeps members logged in (or auto logs them in) should not have been affected (and we have not seen a problem on our side).
It could be that your browser has cached a previous password and is getting confused since your password changed with your new account creation.
One option would be to delete your browser history and cache (including passwords)...but this will affect all sites you visit, so do not do this casually. Only do it if you know your passwords on other sites you visit, or only use that feature for our site.
An alternative would be to try a completely different type of browser you have never used before (by downloading it), and then upon logging in, choose the 'Remember Me' option. With a completely new different type of browser, there will be no history/cache/cookies, etc.
Browser options include Internet Explorer (although we do not recommend that one), Firefox, Chrome & Safari.
Hopefully one of these suggestions will work.
If not, please send an email to us after Jan. 1, 2015 when we will have staff available to look into this further.
Thanks,
.
