omg,i'm on my extensive process now,

ugh!i am taking hormones now as prescribed by my doctor,but i am taking hormones since i was 18,i took oral first,then injectables,now i am on my most extensive preparation for my next endeavor,i wanna have some minor surgeries with my friend,who's very resilient in persuading and encouraging me to undergo minor surgeries,but there is nothing wrong if i try,,if its for the my own betterment,i am just so sleepy most of the time,and my appetite is getting huge,,ugh!
