Hello fellow forum members!

I recently stuck my neck out in here and met a nice man. Things started off steamy. It was my first and only male encounter. Well, it only took a month before he started neglecting. ( I figure he found someone more appealing) He was never mean to me but his contact tapered off to nothing .
We had no physical contact.

When confronted it was almost like high school getting dumped lol. I gave him my all. So now im at the point were I will never trust a man again with my heart. Its a good lessons learned to talk to scotty and raise your shields !
Now, its strictly other transwomen for me.

Any similar experiences?

you are being too harsh and not giving enough details. it happens to a lot of people looking for relationships and with internet forums and chats you are really dealing with people with short attention spans sometimes that are only looking for ---. i need sex, but it's more valuable to find someone who i can talk to and explore life with along with some --- here and there. you need to give people a chance, and men need to do the same.

What you described is probably a good 80 to 90% of the people using the internet to find people for whatever, so I would shrug it off and keep at it until you find someone cut from that good 10%. Also, I wouldn't lose faith just for that one event. It could just be the type of chemistry you have between you and this man, too.
