I don't know, honestly. As far as finding someone to assist with paying for it is concerned, there's no problem with what you've said you hope for. I know that, for myself, if the woman I was in love with and wanted to spend the rest of my life with needed help to get her SRS surgery, I'd help if I could.

The problem I've run into is when this is the focus from the start. I had one transgender woman ask me - in the first couple of minutes of conversation - how much money I made a year because transitioning was expensive. I found that pretty insulting. I wouldn't date a cis-woman who was so focused on my taking care of her financially.

`If I wasn't gonna transition myself I'd give it a shot with you. I haven't started yet cuz I'm in the military which I'm hoping to be out in a few months and after that I'm planning on driving over the road trucking to pay for my surgeries.
