`You and me both. Whilst I don't think a petition will in any way solve these issues, I also feel that decency and respect towards others would be a good thing. Objectification is so common place it's boring. I remember recently seeing a placard with the words "I am ... gay (struck out) ... heterosexual (struck out) ... lesbian (struck out) ... bi-sexual (struck out) ... A PERSON"
