Just to clear things up a bit.
Members outside the U.S. and Canada can contact anyone in the network.
What happens is that if someone outside the U.S. or Canada sends an email to someone in the U.S. or Canada, the email message is delivered...but it goes into the member's 'Blocked' folder.
We make it clear that email in the Blocked folder is there due to it coming from a country that is not in the member's approved contact list.
If a member in the U.S. or Canada updates their account to accept email from members in other countries, then email from member's in those countries will go directly into the recipient's Inbox vs their Blocked folder.
Basically, anyone can contact anyone else in the network unless they are specifically blocked by the recipient based on one of the Block options located within the Block Management section (linked within the Account area).
Hope that helps to clear things up.
Thanks,
.
