what is the media box that can pop up in the upper left corner as part of the website header? it says i can't view content without adding a plugin but when i try 2 add the plugin (1) it won't let me add it. if that is an incoming im, how can i get it?

We can't be sure since every browser / browser settings are different, but it sounds like you may have pop-ups blocked...or that your browser is having trouble updating flash (perhaps).

We are really guessing, but the issue seems to be specific to your computer and/or browser.

If you continue to have trouble, you might consider using a completely different type of browser.

If you download a new browser, then it should have all the updated components by default (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer).
