How Can I be really good?

Hi All
I am kind of new at this and I hope this question is not taboo. I really like this site and would hate to be kicked off. But with that said I have a question about oral ---. I have found I love giving and I want to be as good at it as I can. I read in the newspaper last week of a woman who teaches young brides how to give great oral ---. I don't really fall into that group, but I want to be the best and really please a man.
Any suggestios or sites to help?
