MTF over 60 taking hormones

For the last several months I have been taking phytoestrogen herbs while I began my transition, and while they have produced minimal results, I want to start hormones, but due to my age, my endo refuses to prescribe any, so I found hormones that I can get online without prescription to lower testosterone and raise estrogen levels. My question, at my age, would hormones radically feminize me, increase breasts,
and shape of my body? Or would surgically removal of my testes be my choice? I am currently living part time as a woman and want to transition to full-time, but presently could not pass. Please help with this conundrum.

`First off, phyto oestrogens basically do nothing but make you smell bad. (a TS i used to hang out with always said that and i stole the use)
Second: don't self medicate, hormones are not candy.
After 40 it's not wise to take pills but there are, however, hormone patches you could use.
If you start taking anti testosteron pills like Androcur, within about a week or four your testosterone levels will be close to zero.
Again,. after 40 you should be happy with every little change your body will still go through but don't expect too much anymore.
It really only works really well if you start as young as possible, once puberty has set in you're basically doomed.
What i can't itterate enough, get medical assistance, your blood needs to be checked etc, VERY important!
