Never even introduced myself? I'm terrible for these kinds of things. I'll think I posted something about meself and turns out I can't find a lick of that imaginary post.
Anyways, I'm Kris, AKA Reidio. 23 year old FTM artist and technology enthusiast. I'm pre-op everything, no hormones yet, no therapy (both are equally hard to find around here), but I did get my name change done, actually got it finalized just last week. Only took me a year, but now there are no excuses for people calling me by any other name aside from nicknames, which are few and far between for some reason. Maybe I'm just not a nickname kinda guy?
Anyways, there's a crap ton to know about me, so your best bet is to just look at my profile and hey, maybe message me. That's the quickest and easiest way to get in depth.
Anyone interested, I'm in teh Central Florida area near Daytona Beach, in case there's anyone local. I plan to relocate to Seattle though, so I'm interested in meeting both from both areas, get some normal social activity in my life perhaps.

`Heat, sunlight, lack of mountains and snow, the flat land as far as the eye can see, no lover for the people or the prices here, the lack of culture. Aside from Bike Week and a few state parks, it's not really worth it for me. Not my kind of place.

`Lol Seattle is gloomy, rainy, cold, activism, far from Florida, has one of the largest homeless people populations, one of the quickest growing crime rates. Property crimes. Taxes are almost 10%, living expense is relatively high, public school system suck, the traffic is horrible not only because of people but also because of bad infrastructure, public transit sucks, and did I mention it gets cold and is dark a lot.
But to each their own.

`I prefer the cold and dark and gloom and rain though. Feels a little more natural for me, easier to handle. Public transit is generally crap everywhere, as are schools and crime. And trust me, parts of Florida may as well not have houses for the number of homeless people already on the streets, unfortunately.

`Florida, it has three redeeming qualities The Weather, The Music Scene, and Theme Parks/Beaches. It's damning qualities are much more known, Very Racist population, Central Florida is stuck in the "good ole' boys" mentality, Western Florida thinks it's a cross between Compton, Inglewood, and Beverley Hills CA, While Western Florida thinks it's Las Vegas with beaches. I still love the nightlife in Tampa, and Saint Pete. Wish I could go back to Florida but I'm stuck in the frozen hell of Dullsville Maryland. As they say "It may be a s----hole but it's home"

`No home here for me. Home is family, Florida not included. I can do without the weather, theme parks, and beaches. -shrugs- Music is another thing, but then, all the concerts I've been to down here are s--- because of the crowd regulations. Not to mention how hard it is to get some artists down here. Although Megacon certainly is a plus. But you can get a decent convention elsewhere too.

`I live in jolly old New England, myself, where tonight (at least in my area) it's so foggy that it makes my town look like Silent Hill, I swear! Lol. At least no Pyramid Head monsters roaming around (aside from the occasional local drunks)! *Giggle* Yeah, I'm silly. Anyhoo, never been to Florida but my uncle has been there tons of times as has my stepfather. They said it could get pretty humid at times, actually. My grandmother says California has more of a dry heat compared to Florida. Me, I'll just stick with Silent Hill I guess. Lol.

`I love Silent Hill, and fog. XD And yeah, the heat in California can be vastly different as compared to Florida. I lived in Cali for about eight years. Had more problems with the smog than the heat there.

`I'll take the fog but the monsters can stay... the local skinheads are close enough to pyramid head for me they even like to brandish knives. I would love to go to Cali though.

`I've always been fond of the notion of visiting California... though I'd only do so with the right someone, not by myself - I hate traveling abroad alone. My cousin Lucas goes there frequently though, and likes to surf a lot. He says the beaches are great, especially in the summer. One time, while playing a game of Ultima Online, I chatted with a guy from California who lives out where the vineyards are in view of Mount Shasta and he said it's like "God's Country" out there, as he put it. Very naturally wild and beautiful. On Ultima Online, I used to hang with another Trans woman named Scarlett who used to play as a blacksmith. Me, I played a Joan of Arc-style paladin. Great times! Yeah, I'm a bit of a geek, I admit. Yikes, poisonismycure, those skinheads sound frightening! Easthampton used to have them back in the 80's but these days it's just the local scooter punks who run wild on occasion when school gets out.

`lol If we're talking naturally wild and beautiful, I prefer Oregon, and the vineyards of Washington. Cali's nice, but too expensive. I also remember the beaches being very polluted in areas, but this was years ago, and I've no idea what beaches we often visited. Lived there, done that. Of all the places I've visited, Seattle is still my top lister. I do want to see Boston though. I love traveling, so eventually.
