It's not that I have a lot of spare time...but I think you have a great thing going here, and I had a couple of suggestions that are worth considering.
1. PROFILES:
A. Pictures:
Having a description, friend comment, and # times viewed, would really give the picture viewing a shot in the arm.
B. Keywords/Interests/Hobbies:
General Layout & Appearance:
Does anyone really look at these things anyway. I DO. But the layout of this section is drab and draws little attention on its appearance. It cookie cuts everyone too. Sure, I understand that many people are socially challenged, that's why they're on the internet in the first place...but checking a box if it fits you is SO boring. Spice up the layout of these descriptions and perhaps use a "match" feature so someone knows a % compatibility when they visit a new profile.
Food Related:
Add something to the effect of: Fast Food. Junk Food Junkie. Eat Out. THOSE tell you something REAL about a person. Most of us are single, lonely, and depressed...we don't have Japanese & French on a regular basis. I mean, who does?
Miscellaneous:
"And the nominees for worst pariah on this site are: Deaf? Hard of Hearing? HIV? Transgender? And the winner is....."
Am I the only one who says "WTF?" when I see this? I understand that these, and many of the other "descriptions" help you offer more passions sites to a particular member...but do you have to put it in people's profiles? The choices don't fit together, and quite frankly it's offensive. DO AWAY WITH THIS LISTING.
C. General Profile Layout:
Blog:
Why is the blog located on the very bottom of a person's profile. It's no wonder hardly anyone uses this feature. I do, of course. Why not put the Blog feature closer to the top and make it a marquee feature.
Profile Link:
You can be more efficient with the amount of space used by moving a person's profile link up to the box that contains the Seeking, Stats, & Location...period.
Friends/Favorites:
Why don't you have the person's thumbnail there instead of a freaky little gray rectangle that moves and wiggles when you try to click it with your mouse? I mean, REALLY. I understand that a lot of people "collect" their favorites, etc...but make it interesting and show WHO they like.
Gifts:
WHO'S BRAINCHILD WAS THIS! Gifts? Is this for real? Gifts? I see absolutely no practical use for "Gifts". And IF, I mean...only if it's ABSOLUTELY, positively necessary to have "GIFTS", could someone please just sit down for 2 minutes and possibly compile a list of better "GIFTS" than a hypodermic needle, a skull w/anarchy sign, a fried egg, and a WHITE POWER FIST? I s**t you not! Suggestion: How about FLOWERS for one! (please fire the person who came up with "GIFTS", if you haven't already).
2. ADVERTISING
Now, I understand the concept of providing a free site by the means of selling advertising. But does anyone on your staff even have the faintest clue about what trans-folk are looking to buy? (And by "we", I mean not just the homosexuals and drag queens who you've targeted thus far).
Here's what we're NOT looking to buy:
Rupal mp3's
Donna Summer mp3's
Cher mp3's
Memberships to "Gay Singles Dating"
Here's what we ARE looking to buy:
Hormones
Surgery (implants, facial reconstruction, S-- change!)
Cloths
Shoes
Transition "accessories" like wigs, breast forms, etc.
And does ANYONE even listen to Donna Summer anyway? Come on! Get away from the gay stereotypes and actually ASK a transsexual person what they'd buy.
3. PASSIONS NETWORK SITES
Multiple Passion profiles require different "headlines" and different "main photos". You have the "Information Listings" separate for each site, but take it a step further. For instance...on my "Sports Passions" site I'd like my headline to read "Here we go Steelers", but I don't want that to be on my "Trans Passions", or even "Tall Passions" site. Get my drift?
Mime?
Mullets?
Pirates?
Does your company have a drug testing policy? I rest my case.
Thanks for reading and/or considering any of the above suggestions. Don't take my sarcastic wit to heart...I'm only trying to help out. You guys have a great thing going...and I look forward to the days when you hand Myspace & Facebook their A$$E$ on a platter.
Keeping It Real,

First...you are funny! (In a good way.)
We love sarcasm, and we loved what you wrote.
There are a lot of really good ideas here, and we'll go over the entire list with development to see what is do-able.
We don't agree with everything, and there are some technical (ie. too boring to list here) reasons why some of the things in the sites/profiles are done the way they are...but that doesn't mean we can't brainstorm about how we might be able to modify or change things.
We love it when members take the time to give us detailed comments like this.
THANKS!

`AWESOME! You used some of my suggestions...SEE, the system works!
I'm glad you found some of my satire humorous...I aim to please. I laughed pretty much the whole time I was composing it. It WAS all in good humor, I assure you.
And I rescind my statement about the person who came up with "gifts" (they're cool with me). I LOVE GIFTS! I'm going to make it a point to send them to EVERYONE. But, if for some OTHER reason, you DID end up letting that person go...well...you DO have my email address.
Just another suggestion (so to actually stay on topic). Regarding the Amazon MP3 flash ad...you could do a flash ad for Trans-related movies for sale. I see the "Soldier's Girl" ad pop up now and again, but expand on that. Anti-social junk food eaters just LOVE to sit at home and watch movies!
Well, I got a bag of pork rinds and Brad Pitt to get back to...I'll check ya later!
Most Sincerely,
G2DD
