Here I am I am an a reader, author, and editor. I am poly with one girlfriend. I am caring, passionate, and mood-disordered. I forgive easily but rarely forget. I will love you with all of my heart whether you are my friend or my lover. I enjoy natural places but crave urban life. I believe in communication is important and essential to informed relationships. I have one dog and one cat and am not in any way looking to acquire more.

I am looking for someone to spend time with, in whatever sense of the word the other person is comfortable with. I am a very open & honest person, and tend to look for that sort of thing in other people, but am wary of the "brutal honesty" that some people describe because I feel that one can be honest and not too abrasive with it. As I said, I like to talk, and value communication. I also value a good time, so don't be surprised if I suggest that we go out on a Saturday night (esp. to The Jungle).

Personality-wise, I tend to get along well with most types of people. I am impressed most by people who know their own limits but are not afraid to push those limits every so often. Also I like it when people have at least one aspect of yourself with which you are proud. Self-esteem is important to me, as I have lived too long with my own in a state of disrepair.
