I'm new to this - expect a lot of rookie mistakes. Ready? Here goes. . .

I'm an honest, decent, decent-looking guy, (I clean-up nice; I've been told). I am interested in meeting someone of your 'gender persuasion' (if those are the proper words). I am warm generous and considerate. I know how to be a gentleman when I'm in the right company. I am not abusive, obnoxious or pushy - I know how to treat a lady. I am not a sensation-seeker or looking for a new thrill. A new friend would suit me just fine. And maybe something good will grow out of that. . .I am creative, artistic, a good talker and a better listener.

- If I haven't put you to sleep yet here's a bit more:

I'm playful, fun-loving, good with my hands and know how to cook. (Read that any way you like, ladies). I'm nice to animals and little kids love me. I'm open to new ideas, like a good debate so long as nobody gets mad, and occasionally have been known to admit when I'm wrong. (If you think that I write well you should just hear one of my apologies - rare as they are). And yes, I have been accused of having a sense of humor. There isn't enough room to describe all of my good qualities - easier to say I'm no Galahad, nor Einstein - (One was a myth and the other was a sweet, absent-minded gent with a conscience). O.K. - I may be a little like Albert.
. . . The point is I'm interested in PEOPLE, and it doesn't much matter what kind of package they're in. I think we all have a pretty good idea what this website is about - lets try something new: let's communicate.
