English princess in SoCal looking for prince My friends describe me as a classy, elegant, high-brow, intellectual English princess. Well I can vouch for the English part despite having lived in S. California for a lot of years (don't ask how many!) I would like to find an intelligent & interesting guy who understands how to communicate and is not afraid of expressing his thoughts and feelings and can do it in a cogent and interesting manner.

Things I enjoy - traveling, walks in the park or at the beach, going to concerts, opera, ballet, galleries or museums. I can even have my arm twisted into going a nice restaurant! Most of all I enjoy being able to talk about a wide variety of topics. While I am politically liberal, I do not require that a partner agree in all ways with me, but I insist that they be able to think for themselves and be intellectually honest.

I do not normally like to give negatives but there are some things that are sufficiently important to state:
- If you are under 35, I probably won't answer. You may be a very nice guy, but my experience is that it just doesn't work.
- If --- is very high on your priority list then I am sure that there are others who are more appropriate. I believe that getting to know someone well comes first.
