I am a middle-aged transgender woman beginning to affirm my identity. It has taken me a long time to acknowledge my feelings about gender and ------ity, I was always the nerdy, geeky boy, introspective, intellectual, at fourteen started cross-dressing, this went away, only to come back when I was eighteen and in college, twice I bought wardrobes and even went out in public. Then this went away. Then in my forties it all came back and I began to think of myself as a woman, attracted to men. Yes guys, I am single and would love to meet somebody. It is rather late in my life to try to pull myelf together and live as I want to but I am going to give it my best shot. Guess what world? Nicole has accepted herself and wants to do her small bit to make the world a happier and sunnier place (even though it is cold out right now).
