I'm looking to meet open-minded guys who are more into quality than quantity, more into substance than style.

I'm a low-drama, low-judgment kind of guy with old school principles and a new school sensibility. By day, I work at a major university and manage much of the undergraduate core curriculum. By night and weekend, I either work on the life's work (see below), explore the city with friends, or volunteer at a local museum. I'm also rather fond of my gym, though you wouldn't exactly guess it.

My life's work is improving health in GLBT communities - I run an outreach organization out of my house and am finishing my master's thesis on cultural competency and its impact on health outcomes. Some people collect stamps or exes - I collect community-driven, community-created safer --- materials. I'm also really into finding out the stories behind historical artifacts (a la History's Lost and Found or History's Mysteries).
