ftm looks about I am short, inquisitive and have a really active imagination. I am an introvert who really likes to read. But even introverts can hang out with people. . . . When I hang out with people (preferably one-on-one or in small groups), I like to hear stories from people’s daily lives. I might also like to walk through the city with a cup of coffee.

I’m looking to connect with someone who, above all, is both interested in the world and kind. I mean it: kindness is very attractive. I’d also like to meet someone with a keen sense of humor, creative intelligence, a work ethic, and a job he or she feels is worth doing. I’d like to hang out with someone who likes a home life--making dinner after work, talking about the day, training an animal to dig for truffles, but who also might want to check out an exhibit, a brewery, a movie, a kid’s birthday party. I’d like to be with someone who’s old/wise enough to understand that each of us has a story. . . . I’m not the sort of person who wants to stay out all night and watch a band or wait around for something random to happen.

In the rest of my life, I’m an early riser, and a pretty serious runner. I work as a college writing teacher (it’s a dream job!).
