Hello all

I'm an optimistic, ambitious, easy going sort of guy who’s more of a nights in than nights out person, although I do enjoy the odd drink (or two) out every now and then.

My main interest in life would have to be film. I have just finished my Masters in Digital animation and hope that this’ll take me further than the local job centre queue. I am currently working as a freelancer and have just gotten my first commission. My favourite genres are include horror and science fiction but I am more than willing to shed to odd (secret) tear for a good romantic film or drama.

My goal in life (career wise) is a challenging one but one I feel will be rewarding regardless of whether I end up winning an Oscar or producing a cult classic! As you may have guess, i’m a bit geeky…but am sure this just adds to my charm!

I have a big love of animals, especially dogs, we used to have a couple of spaniels growing up which I dearly miss now, I have been meaning for ages to get my own aquarium, I can spend ages in a pet store just looking at all the fish planning what I would have in my fish tank.

I love the outdoors, I often find myself wandering around the, plentiful, woods surrounding where I live and it’d be great to find someone to accompany me on my many walks, preferably before the summer sun disappears! This ties in nicely with my desire to travel too, I’ve always wanted to visit Canada or Australia as the nature and culture there appeals to my down to earth and easy going attitude to life; Russia would also be great – simply ‘cause it’s there!


As for what I’m looking for on here? Well someone to spend some home cooked nights in with (I love to cook! But it doesn't mean I am any good), to visit the zoo or just hang out with over a quiet drink in a nice pub.
